Surgeon Noonan 2022

Hi there!

As some of you already know, I will be travelling to Tanzania this summer with Surgeon Noonan. We are a registered charity run by fourth year medical students that raise money for underfunded hospitals in Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana and Kenya. 100% of donations go directly to the hospitals with a group of medical students (35 this year) going out to volunteer in these same hospitals in the summer, funding our own flights, accommodation, vaccines etc.

The money raised is used to buy basic medical supplies and aid the building of new wards and clinics.

50c can buy mosquito nets to prevent Malaria

€1 can supply food for a patient for 1 week

€5 can cover the cost of a Chest X-Ray

€10 for cataract eye surgery (reverse total blindness)

and much more
