Surgeries and Justice for David G. Polanco

Hi, we are the family of David G. Polanco. He is a loved father, son, brother, and uncle. He was recently in a horrible motorcycle accident on Lohman Ave in Las Cruces, New Mexico in early February. Dave was driving his motorcycle when a girl who was on her phone while driving, ran a stop sign and crashed right into Dave. Dave was severely injured and had to be airlifted to El Paso immediately. He has suffered 2 severely broken legs, a broken arm, and torn rotator cuff. One of his legs is so damaged, it’s currently in metal rings and has needed multiple surgeons to analyze to see if it’ll ever go back to normal. The girl in her 20’s who recklessly crashed into Dave had NO insurance, NO registration, and a EXPIRED driver’s license. She has had ZERO consequences for her carelessness and we need justice for Dave. He has been in the hospital in El Paso, Texas going on 4 weeks, and has had 5 surgeries so far. His life is forever changed because of the reckless act of a careless individual. Please help us raise funds to help his medical expenses and for legal fees to help get justice for Dave!
