Surgeries, Sarcoidosis and Bills Piling Up

Hello, my name is Rikki. I want to start with the fact that despite anything you read here, I have somehow maintained going to work everyday... Most days with a smile, some with tears through gritted teeth. I'm 45 and I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis (a rare inflammation disorder where my immune system gets bored and starts attacking anything it wants with inflammation and granuloma- small seed like conglomerates of white blood cells.) The amount of medication is through the roof and the cost of copays on them and doctors appointments is literally drowning me to begin with..
Then... I have something called Spondylolisthesis. The stabilizers that keep vertebrates where they belong, in my lower back, were broken some years back when I was pulled down snowy steps by an over excited Boxer dog. This injury is now about 10 years ago, and I've managed to get by... Til now. I struggle to walk. I cannot stand for any length of time. Surgery is on Monday 1/29/24 and Wednesday 1/31/24. I received a call yesterday that had me crying at my desk. Just for the Surgeons, the deductible after insurance pays will be $7495.00. This does not cover the Anesthesiologist or the hospital stay. That will be another great amount in the 7 thousands.
I work a job that is condisered making "too much" by the standards of Medicaid. But once all of the medications are purchased I'm faced with how to pay utilities, car payment, insurance and to survive. It's just me out here. I am simply not making it and cannot make it much longer.
I did not want to make a gofundme, as I'm proud and hate asking for help. But my friends are asking that I do, in hopes that there is someone out there who can help.
Thank you to those of you who can help. If you can't help, please share this story. And thank you for reading my story.
Much love!
