Surgery and Funds for Son to Attend Yeshiva

My name is Rabbi Yoram Shlomo Bitton, I live in Florida since 1994. Thank G-d over the years I was able to sustain my family comfortably and respectfully. However my situation changed and I wasn't able to get work and if that wasn't enough, my health got worse and I needed to go through a few surgeries and endure some very challenging recoveries (I’m still going through painful recovery).
Consequently, paying for treatment and other needs in the aftermath of surgery for Prostate Cancer has been a challenge. The recovery from my last surgery is about six months, and I am unable to work and our family is very short on money. From time to time I get desperate and I try to go back to work but my body is telling me that I am not ready (I developed a fever).  I must listen to my doctor's recommendation to "stay home and rest" but it's hard for me when bills are piling up. 

I am not a man who has great financial resources.  As a Rabbi, I study the Torah and do my best to share the great wisdom, love, and devotion Hashem brings to every Jewish person.  I am indeed fortunate, though, because I expect to make a complete recovery. Far more important to me is the education of my beloved son Elazar who is about to embark on his own spiritual journey at a Yeshiva in Jerusalem. The costs I will incur for tuition, room & board, clothing, and other necessities are overwhelming.

I know that Hashem will take care of me, and the generosity of my Jewish friends all over the world will see my son and myself persevere through these financial hardships.
