Surgery and Treatment for Francesca Motisi

On Saturday morning, on March 21st, Francesca Motisi, a singing and piano teacher, set out to get some exercise and go for a walk around her neighborhood in Oakmont, Santa Rosa.


She came upon an un-even sidewalk and suffered a fall that completely shattered her right humerus, and took out her front teeth.

Now that she suffered this fall, the doctors are worried that she may never regain full use of her arm without proper care, which is pertinent her teaching as she must play the piano. Her health insurance is a high deductible plan and a lot of these costs will unfortunately be out of pocket. 

There current treatment needs and plans are as follows:
-- Surgery with bone transplant (replace severely fractured Humerus/shoulder)
-- Medical supplies (At home-hospital bed, bedpan, platform walker/hurry cane, etc...)
-- Physical Therapy rehabilitation for right shoulder
-- Veneers (replace her missing/broken front teeth-- this item is not covered by health insurance)
-- At-home care/assistance

Please join me in contributing what you can to a deserving, honorable person who has dedicated and served her entire life to music and her students. As 4th in a direct line to Lamperti, the father of the Bel Canto, she has kept the method of singing alive, passing on and instilling her incredible gift with others since 1985 just as her teacher did before her.
