Surgery bills and rehab

Due to spinal disease and deterioration of my condition, I am having spinal fusion surgery on 11/9/18. I am receiving Social Security and it is my only income. The surgery and post op rehabilitation is very expensive and I have no means to pay my bills ,much less the additional costs incurred by my surgery. Without the surgery I face complete disability and possible paralysis . I am normally quite active but for the last few months I have been unable to do anything. I hope to be able to return to a normal life, which includes volunteer work at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children.  My situation is urgent, to the point that my money for the month of Noember is already nearly gone due to copays for various pre-op appointments and hospital expenses.
