Surgery for George the Pug

My little sister's pug, George, has to go into emergency surgery. My sister took him to the vet this morning 9/22 and after being sedated, x-rays were taken. We found out that there are 3 obstructions in his intestines and the only options are for him to have surgery or to put him down. He's only 3 years old, and he's the light of my sister's life. He still has lot of life to live.. The surgery is $3,855. My sister is a 20 year old college student, and I am in college in as well, so we are unable to pay for this. Both of us applied for pet loans/Care Credit and were both denied for lack of credit.. If anyone is able to contribute anything to this, it is so much appreciated by the both of us. We are in a really difficult situation and just don't want to lose our Georgie. :( He means so much to us.
