Surgery for Grade 4 Medial Luxating Patellas

We are Daniel and Dante. Dante is two years old and a well-traveled dog, going to over 20 states with me for historic preservation work. He has been dealing with grade 2 luxating patellas his whole life, and we have never been able to afford the surgery. His condition has recently gotten worse and the surgery's price has increased. He likes to run and play in the National Forests on our jobs but has had to slow down these past few months because his knee caps are permanently sliding to the sides of his legs. We are asking for help to fix his knees so he can get back to running in the woods and wrestling with his friends.
