Surgery for little bit! Please help!

Hi I’m Carrie and my puppy fell down my porch steps and has multiple breaks in her elbow. She needs to have surgery done or have it amputated. Please I just lost my son and going through a divorce and I don’t have the money to save her life! Anything will help
