Surgery for Nelsa

hello everyone, my name is nelsa and I am raising funds to be able to pay for my surgery that will be performed soon, I suffer from thyroid and recently had a very swollen throat which has made it impossible for me to speak for a few days, thanks to my doctor I feel better but unfortunately I must have surgery soon to avoid complications in the future, I live in Venezuela so it is difficult to get the resources easily and the easiest way is in dollars.
