Surgery for Raskal

Hello, I am posting this fundraiser for me and my girlfriend Maryssa’s pup Raskal. Raskal and his litter were rescued from a barn a couple weeks back hanging onto life. When we got the message saying there was some pups that needed re-homed, Maryssa and I were eager to go and get one. We heard about this little guy and what condition he was in and we decided he was the pup we wanted to take home. We immediately started to try and get him back to health, but he would only keep hardly any amounts of food down. Our first vet appointment was almost immediate to get him tested and to possibly point out what we needed to do. We got him high nutrient food, so that if he didn’t keep it down he would still get some nutrients. We saw minor improvements in his mood, but it almost seemed drastically better than how he was. He was starting to play around and strut around the house. Unfortunately that did not last long, so we took him into another vet clinic. They informed us that his white and red blood cell counts were way off, so they suggested an x ray the following day. The results were not what we were expecting or wanting, he has a vascular ring anomaly, which is causing him to not be able to keep his food down. The vet suggested to euthanize him or undergo surgery which costs around $3500 or up to $6500 with a CT scan. Maryssa and I are not financially able to afford such expense so unexpected. 
We would really appreciate any amount to help raise enough for our pup. We plan to schedule the surgery once we receive another call from the vet.
