Emergency surgery for Rook

Rook was outside on his daily romp and did not return home for dinner. His owners found him under the porch with injuries.

He was evaluated by the emergency vet and it was discovered that due to some unknown blunt force trauma to the abdomen Rook's bladder has herniated outside of the stomach wall. Surgery is needed to put it back in place.

Rook has been staying at the emergency vet for monitoring and is hoping to undergo surgery as soon as possible. Total costs have been estimated at $10,000 to $15,000. Rook's owners are able to pay for a large portion of this but cannot afford the entire amount.
