Surgery for shoulder laceration

Yue is my 2 year old Black Labrador Retriever, he got a deep cut on his shoulder that he can't clean himself and it got infected. I brought him in this morning to Peak Veterinary Hospital in Pincher Creek, Alberta. I was quoted 1500 for everything. I paid 800 down and im just looking for some help with the rest. I work and I have 2 kids, as a single Mom I am doing my best!!! I work as receptionist at the Aakom Kiyii Health Center in Brocket. I love my dog. Hes one of my kids. Even if you can't help.
