Surgery In Chicago

Hello everyone we finally got our date and we are headed back to Chicago (July 26th) however we are asking you guys help us get there. We recently went out and had to turn around after being out in Chicago for a week expecting to get surgery done now we got us a new date and we are headed back but expenses are weighing on us due to being out there already as well as Eddie's leave of absence being terminated so we are down to one income.
