Surgery needed for my furry child

My Sandy has many lumps but the one on her head has grown pretty big these past few months. took her to the vet about a month ago they said it was full of fluid and surgery would cost us 611.00 dollars of course times have been rough to come up with kind of money so if you could please help she would greatly appreciate it and so would I Sandy will be 7 on January 24th thanks for everything
