Surgery number 8 an 9 for Miss. Letty

Hi EVERYONE! I’m Letty’s mom, Lindsey Snyder. As I feel guilty writing this but I’m not sure what else to do at this point.

Letty will be having 2 surgery’s in one. On Feb 6th she will be having a re-correction of the bladder and bowel. They are saying we will be in the hospital for at least 3/5 days. Then we will be in a recovery stage of 3 months. As I will be taking this time off to be with her and assist her with all her needs. I will not have any kind of income. I’m asking for YOUR help. If you can’t help that’s perfectly ok. We could use your prayer’s!

This surgery is going to help her gain independence. As of right now she is catheterized every three hours. Then given a enema every night after she showers. Hopefully in that 3 month period she will be able to do those things for herself instead of someone doing them for her!

Not many people really know everything that we have to do to help her. As I don’t talk about it with a lot of individuals.
