Please support, Surgery required. Unbearable pain

Hi everyone, let’s preface this with my extreme uncomfortablity with asking for or accepting help. I was trying too quickly to clean up a project prior to rain and took a very nasty fall causing a compound fracture in both my hand and wrist (this photo is of my initial visit wherein they overlooked everything other than the hand fracture, I had to go again but the second time to UH)  and nerve damage. Having prior back issues as well as having lupus is not easy on the bank account, any now after finalizing a divorce I find myself very very broke and facing permanent function loss with my hand if I cannot get surgery immediately, meanwhile it’s excruciating day and night..  While I am normally very good with my money and have yet to seek help in my adult life, even while donating monthly to rehabilitation clinics that i council for, (I am a chemical dependency counselor, which is why I do not take pain killers until they are accessible, effective, and safe for everyone). I simply have no option this time, no 401k left, no savings left. The deductible I need prior to surgery is $5000, with another almost $1000 for after surgery physical rehab as well as likely being out of work for at least a month and trying to keep above water on everything else.
