Surgery to remove pericardiac enfussion

Hello my name is Annie Barnett and I asking for help me while off for surgery to remove a pericadio emission and fluid from around the lungs. For 54 years I have battled Milroys disease which is fluid around all the limbs, face. And most recently my lungs and heart. I have struggled to keep the fluid under control however there is no cure.

I recently been informed that I need surgery to remove the fluid from both heart and lungs. This is the same surgery my mother had 2/25/18. Unfortunately she passed away right after the surgery. So I am scared what might happen. I have 3 chikdren and 17 grandchildren all under 18 so I am praying for successful surgery. I don't have enough time to use FMLA and short term disability I have to be off 14 days before filing and then I collect 60%. I am trying make sure I stay up on living expense while recovering.
