Surgical treatment for brachycephalic syndrome.

Dear Friends,

I am writing this letter on behalf of My son Hugo Francais, who's been recently diagnosed with brachycephalic airway syndrome. Hugo has stayed in the Hospital four times within six months due to his breathing problems, and I am looking forward to your financial support for his Surgical treatment, which will cost about 4 to 5 grand.

I have attached Hugo's Diagnosis to this letter so that you can see his treatment process, Progress, medications and procedures before his surgery.
