Surviving Bloomington is a local event where 16 contestants spend a weekend in June playing a game based off of the reality television show Survivor. It is designed to raise funds and awareness for people in our community experiencing homelessness. Donations for this event will be pooled together to go towards supporting this community in various ways, including weekly/bi-weekly donations, and/or one large donation after the event is complete.
On top of supporting our community in a time of need, your donation will also go towards helping Boogie in the game! The top two contestants who raise the most money by June 18th will be our "Donation Contestants", and as long as they are in the game, their team will earn advantages in the challenges.
**15%-25% of funds raised may go towards funding the event itself, while the other 75%-85% will go directly into the community donation. If you would prefer for 100% of your donation to go directly into the community, please leave a comment in your donation so we can allocate these funds appropriately! Thank you!**
