Survivors of Whitney Taylor
On July 20, 2021 the lives of six small children were changed forever. Their mother, Whitney Taylor, lost her life to domestic violence. Whitney was murdered by the kid’s father directly in front of them. Whitney was a beloved mother, sister, and woman of faith who loved her family. Her smile would light up a room and her laugh was infectious.
The children’s aunt, Brittney Taylor Smith, and uncle, Donald Smith Jr, have taken them in. Brittney and Donald have 7 kids of their own, which now makes them a family of 15.
I, Sharkita Ivy Thompson (cousin of Donald and Brittney) am requesting your help in purchasing a new vehicle and home for this family.
I would like to purchase the family a Nissan NV Passenger van or a Ford Transit 350 to be able to provide transportation for everyone. The estimated cost is $50,000.
I would also like to purchase a bigger home to accommodate all 15 of them. The estimated cost is $100,000.
Please help me support this family as they accept a great deal of responsibility. We want Donald and Brittney to know that we love and support them.
I, Sharkita Ivy Thompson, will be withdrawing the funds and assisting Donald and Brittney with purchasing a vehicle and home. The funds will be given directly by me to the seller of the vehicle and seller of home.
