Susan being evicted, buy food Starving

Hi my name is Susan Wright. Many people helped in the past but I am in dire straits as i have hit a bumpy road and need help from my friends and coworker. My family is all tapped out. I am going thru a very rough time right now. I am on long term disability for the past 2 years due to a very big black hole in my lung that is unrepairable. I have been on iv medication done thru a pick line twice a day by a homecare nurse therefore I am housebound most of the time. My breathing is bad and I use a walker to help me. I was going to get a lung transplant but declined as I am a very high risk and due to my very low immune system would only last maximum 3 years. My doctor is keeping me comfortable with antibiotics. Unfortunately the antibiotics have side effects. Loss of hearing and vision. I had hearing aides but have lost one and needs to be replaced. I need new stronger glasses for my vision. Both which I cannot afford. I also have 2 autoimmune diseases scholderma and shrogens. I have very hard time swallowing therefore I am limited as to what I can eat. Mostly soft foods and ensure 3 times a day. This is expensive and not covered by my benefits. I am having a hard time paying rent and my phone. My son lost his job and then his phone. No money to replace. With no job making things harder for me as worry will have no money and be living on the streets.

Please help me. I know it is a lot to ask but any amount will help me at least to get food and my medication
