Our dear friend War & his Partner Susan (Bobcat) have been isolating for 4 years since the pandemic began. Tragically, despite this both War & Bobcat recently contracted a new strain of covid that went undetected for some time. Due to complications of her PPMS (primary progressive Multiple Sclerosis) Susan sadly lost her fight at 3:47 am on 3/3/24.
They had been married almost 14 years next month and so very in love. War spoke of his wife to me many times. We initially bonded as I live with Multiple sclerosis myself also.
Due to isolating themselves and constant care requirements for Susan's needs, I know a huge strain has been placed on their finances so if at all possible I'd like to help in whatever small way we can with the funeral arrangements. In memory of Susan and in love for War. One of the sweetest human beings I've ever had the pleasure to call a friend.
War had this to say of his beloved:
"I know that she's in a better place now and is no longer in pain or being tied to a wheel chair and that she is rejoicing with her parents and a brother who passed away in his teen years. I was lucky to have been able to be her husband - please keep me in your prayers as I will probably be a bit absent for a bit as you can understand. at this point I have no clue what my future will be.
Our Wedding Day - Probably one of the happiest days of my life ~RIP Susan - I love you so much!"
