My name is Jacob. Susan was my Grandmother who passed away unexpectedly February 6th.

Funeral arrangements have been made. We want to give Susan the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help with Susan's funeral. The funeral has already been paid for by the family, however it is placing a financial strain due to the unexpected timing. We are also asking for prayers for the family and asking everyone to keep our family in their thoughts during this difficult time.
