After 30 years at Emerson Elementary School,
Susan Hodge is retiring. An extraordinary classroom teacher, and an exemplary principal, Susan has cared for and supported countless students and families with her love, her energy, and her relentless pursuit of what is best for kids.
Now it's time for the Emerson community (and beyond) to say,
"Thanks Ms. Hodge!"
The Emerson PTA is planning a wonderful party for Susan where alumni and friends will be invited to send her off with much love and merry-making. (Details to follow) They are also hard at work finding a worthy thank you gift, to be installed at Emerson, which will keep her with us in spirit and add a new special spot for future students.
