Susan McCutcheon Sell Legal Aid Fund

Hello Friends of Susan's,

Susan's ex-husband is taking legal action in another attempt to go after her alimony payments. Her only source of income.

He is using the false premise that she embellished the nature and severity of her disability and that she is working full-time.

She is not employed, and those of us who know Susan know her lifelong struggle with her medical condition.

By withholding his payments, Susan cannot hire legal representation to defend her against his false claims.

She has plenty of documentation from UCSF, testimonials from her doctors in her defense, and extensive records of medical bills from her surgeries and medications.

She has a sound case. She only needs representation.

She needs financial help to pay for that representation.
