In Memory of Susan Medina

My name is Faviola Medina, Susan's older sister. It breaks our hearts to know that we will never get to hear her laugh again but know that she is in a better place and watching over all of us. On behalf of my family, thank you so much for loving Susan and thank you for your support through this difficult time in our lives. All funds will be used for her funeral and cemetery services. Anything above and beyond will go to my parents to help with any medical costs.

To my sister:

The strongest and bravest person I've ever known... From the age of 13, you have been a fighter. Countless times you have fought for your life, your health, your family and friends. I dont know many people that could have gone through and survived everything you did and still maintained your faith as you did. Through your first and second double lung transplants, through the countless surgeries, and even your most recent cancer diagnosis, you never gave up and kept beating odd after odd. And somehow along the way, you still managed to live your life. From us backpacking through Europe or sneaking into concerts, to you going to UCLA and joining your sisterhood and creating such strong and long lasting friendships, you were dealt the shittiest of cards but you still took advantage of life as best as you could. The outpouring of love and support we are receiving from all of the people that got to know you is a testament of the impact you are leaving in this world. Know that I love you so much and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to be your big sister. Carlo is so lucky to have his Tia Susy looking out for him from above. I miss you so much already and I can't wait until we meet again lil Lenny❤️
