Sushma Save 1,000 Animals through Animal Aid Unlimited!

Every year for the last 8 years I have raised money to help a beautiful woman Erika Abrams, from Seattle, who moved to India to answer her calling: to be the voice for voiceless animals. Over the years, she has helped save thousands of animals and has gained a reputation not only in India but worldwide as an animal advocate. Now her daughter Claire is taking over the reigns to build the largest care facility for street animals. They are hoping to build this sanctuary on 20 acres of land, where they can continue healing animals, teaching local people how to rescue and care for animals, educating and fostering connection between children and animals, and providing adequate shelter for different animals and birds in their care. This organisation uses 100 percent of the funds to help the animals. They educate youth and empower women, as well as provide medical services, care, and socialization for animals. In turn, the sense of worth and joy of being around animals is infectious and goes beyond expectations in alleviating depression in people who are involved in caring for these animals. The smile a bounding pup puts on a person’s face is priceless. I will match 1:1 every dollar raised. Last year with all your help we saved 600 animals. I hope to save even more this year.
