Susie Beaver Needs Our Love & Support
Donation protected
Susie Beaver has poured her life into others through dance. Many of you may not be aware of this, but Susie had a massive stroke that unfortunately took her from gliding across the floor dancing and teaching others to dance to relying full-time on a wheelchair to get around Her health is not good, but as always, her spirits and joy (in the midst of many challenges) is refreshing to see.
Susie lives with her brother who has also had major medical issues and can barely walk with a walker. The two of them can barely take care of the basic things in life, which has resulted in their home being in desperate need of repairs. They need the following: A new roof (leaking bad into home), a new handicap ramp, repairs to a deck that is falling through in many places (this also serves as a handicap ramp on the side of the home), and repairs to walls and ceilings that have been damaged due to the roof.
My name is Jim Shields and I am the Connections/Outreach Pastor at First Christian Church in High Point and I have been blessed with having the opportunity to organize a group of volunteers to do a large part of the labor involved.
PLEASE join me in pouring into the life of someone that has poured into the lives of so many people over the years. Susie fights to get through each day, and dreams one day of being able to do even a basic step or two across the dance floor. So, if you cannot join us in helping her financially, please keep her in your daily prayers. May God bless you all and I know that Ms. Susie will be blessed with whatever anyone can do. It was very hard for Susie to accept the help, but she has no other options...Thank You!
