Susie Gomez - Rest in Peace

Please take a moment to read about our loving sister, Suzanne Gomez, born March 8th, 1974 called home on March 14th, 2023. Susie was diagnosed with a lung disease that made it difficult for her to absorb oxygen. The lung disease was so severe that it caused her to be placed on long-term oxygen therapy. Susie was admitted to the hospital in late December 2022, fighting pneumonia for the third year in a row. Unfortunately, the lung disease along with her autoimmune disease (rheumatoid arthritis) did not allow her to recover. In life, Susie was incredibly loving and caring. She enjoyed making people laugh and smile and would give everything she had to ensure the people she loved were cared for.

We created this account to provide some financial assistance to Susie's daughter Marissa and her new baby Aria. Being a new mother is difficult, and now Marissa is a new mother who just lost her mother. We know that Marissa and Aria will need more than just financial support but any help you can provide will ease some of the stress for them during this difficult time.
