If you know Kate at all, you probably know that she is currently navigating her third kidney failure. You also know that she is incredibly special to every one that loves her, and that this last year has been excruciatingly difficult on her.

Between a ridiculous number of trips to the ER, extended hospital stays, multiple surgeries to prep her for dialysis, and so so so much more... this ray of hilarious, magical sunshine needs our help to continue to tough this out.

Not only have the hospital and health care bills racked up, but she is now unable to work because of her health. We all know one bay area income isn't enough to live on. So, as Josh continues to be the best fiance and take care of things as much as he can - we need every one elses help to fill in the gaps for them.

The road to another transplant is a wild one, and not knowing how long this will last made it hard to choose an "amount." Any amount at all will go straight to Kate and Josh to help with medical bills and every day finances so that Kate can focus on her health and Josh can continue to support her without the financial stress.
