Suzanne, wife of MPPD Officer Kris Chlapecka

The Merrionette Park Police Department is fundraising to help with expenses for the services of the wife of one of our officers who suddenly passed away. Kris Chlapecka has worked in law enforcement for many years experiencing many traumatic events. Kris received a call on 4/6/2023 that no one wants to receive. His wife Suzanne was at work when she started having difficulties breathing. Suzanne was rushed to the hospital where she later passed away. Kris and Suzanne have a beautiful 7 year old daughter. The MPPD wants to help with the expenses that Kris will incur and hopes you also will help. We are a family and therefore, we all feel the pain that the family is going through. Please help a fellow police officer who has put his life on the line for people throughout his career.
