Help Suzy Mac Beat Breast Cancer!

Hello, fellow humans!

I am starting this GoFundMe campaign on behalf of my dear friend Suzy Mac, who has been diagnosed with third stage advanced multicentric breast cancer.

Suzy is a remarkable individual with a unique sense of humor that can warm even the coldest of hearts!

Although she is lightheaded her life's work has been more serious topics and has included helping fellow survivors of a partner's suicide, other parents with children on the autism spectrum, and advocating for crime victims. Despite her own challenges, she has always been there for us and brought joy, laughter, and comfort to all of us in the times we needed it most.*

Now it's time for us to return the favor! We want to help her pay for the necessary treatment and medication that comes with a cancer diagnosis, and also the living and travel expenses she will incur over this upcoming stretch while she heals from her mastectomy, goes through radiation, etc.

We're calling on our tribe and the public to come together to support our beloved Suzy and show her that love is a powerful weapon to fight cancer. Let's help her in this battle!

*A few examples; I ran a business networking group that I founded, The Pittsburgh Global Connection and raised funds for Easter Seals, CFF, The Buoniconti Fund, Pittsburgh's Jubilee Soup Kitchen etc. The first one to volunteer to help me with these events was...that's right...you guessed it, Suzy Mac. She also brought me food while I recovered from my own cancer surgery a few years back. Amazing and selfless girl!
