Pickles’ Medical Care

My 5-year-old cat, Pickles, has developed a life-threatening liver disease. The only possible treatment is feeding tube, which costs more than $1200. Pickles deserves ever chance to survive—he’s a love bug. When the vet was listening to his heart with a stethoscope, Pickles was purring so loud that they couldn’t get a good read.

As a PhD student, I make minimum wage in Seattle—which doesn’t go very far. After paying for $1000 of diagnostic tests for Pickles, the feeding tube is not possible for me to afford. Any amount you donate would be appreciated for little Pickles!
