Our landlord of 21 years has informed us that we need to vacate our house. His mother is ill and he needs to sell the house.
My Mother and brother are on a fixed income. And resources are very limited.
My brother is 34 and has spinal stenosis, he is mostly bed ridden and cannot do stairs. My Mother has become disabled by taking care of my brother. She also has spinal stenosis and has limited ability to do physical activity..
Our house hunt has not been easy we need a house with little to no stairs. Either a ranch style house or an apartment on first floor. Currently these are far and few between .
We have found a place to move but still need another $2125. We have $2200 towards the deposit but still need the remainder of the deposit and first month rent.
We are a proud family and it is very hard for us to ask for help. We we would greatly appreciate any help given.
