Lockembers cat, Bubbles, has been suffering recently. She took him to the vet and they told her he has heart and lung disease. The kitty is 11 years old and is a very loving boy.

The veterinarian said there is also fluid on the lungs. A CT scan is required to take fluid away from his lungs to best determine him to treat him. The problem is, the cost of the treatment is $9,800.
