Sweet Emily needs eye surgery. Can you donate a little?

This is sweet Emily, a two-year old pittie mix. Her previous owner abused and neglected her, allegedly beating, starving, and denying her veterinary care.

Both of her eyes were injured and never treated; one has to be removed and the other surgically repaired. A veterinary clinic is giving us a deep discount, but the two operations and her spay will exceed $1,000.
