Sweet Kitty Kadeesa's Medical Bills

Our cat Kadeesa was taken to the emergency room on 6/19 after waiting all day in urgent care. Unfortunately, it came back way worse than we could have imagined, her kidneys are failing (what they suspect to be Acute Kidney Injury as of now) and she's currently in the ICU at the ER/animal hospital being taken care of & monitored. She's also been diagnosed with pancreatitis + anemia, and is being treated with a wide range of medications like anti-nausea, appetite-stimulants, IV fluids & steroids to help with inflammation. 

They initially quoted us $3k for the her care during the first 24 hours & told us that, it's highly possible the bill could run up to $10k-$20k if she's hospitalized for 5-7 days as they give her an IV and other treatments to keep her alive and save her life. Now with all of the diagnostics tests, IV fluids, and medications given to help bring down her kidney values due to the acute kidney injury & treat her pancreatitis, an 8 day stay at this ER's out of pocket costs incurred a total of $20,127.58 to date. 

If she comes home it will be a rigorous effort to help her maintain normal kitty levels, & she will need to continue receiving medications for her journey.
