Nevaeh is in the end stage stage of renal failure

This family in Show Low needs our help with long term medical and travel expenses. Our community is amazing at pulling together and fighting the fight together. This family needs us now more than ever, and would do the same for any of us!!

Our very dear friends and neighbor has a sweet beautiful 10 year old daughter - Nevaeh Frost. Nevaeh started to have symptoms of kidney disease. During a checkup it was discovered that she had kidney disease and her blood work told us her blood was basically vinegar. 

Nevaehs doctor called mom with the lab results on August 25th at 11:32 am, the worst news they have ever received, and news they will never forget. The doctor stated " she needs to go to phoenix children hospital right now, she is very sick and will need dialysis immediately. I need you to pack a bag and go right now." Kidney Failure,technically stage 5 kidney failure, score of 5, is VERY scary for her family, not to mention this little girl.

Nevaeh has had surgery to place her catheter for daily dialysis at home, yes everyday, until they are lucky enough to find or recieve the perfect kidney. They have started her beads of courage, and this little girl has been poked, woken up, lab draws every 2 hours, horrible medications, dialysis, IV's, scans, echo, ultrasound, blood transfusion and much more.......she has a ton of beads already, and it proves how incredibly strong she is!!!!

Anyone who knows Nevaeh loves her. She is very smart, loves everyone, helps anyone, compassionate, an advocate for her peers, a great big and little sister, and she is deeply loved and reciprocates that right back. Nevaeh is such a beautiful, talented, and amazing little girl who deserves a beautiful full life. 

Mommy and daddy have to drive back and for from phx to show low to see and take care of her siblings. Mom and dad are also having to take a lot of time off work to accommodate Nevaehs needs and care plan. They will be in the hospital until September 27th (goal), live donor transplant can be as early as 3 months from now and cadaver wait list is 19-24 months. They have a very long road ahead of them.
