Sweet Trade Tattoo Pandemic Relief--Covid-19
Donation protected
Sweet Trade Tattoo (and Such Good Dogs ) are hoping to raise 15,000 to help cover the costs of rent, utilities, insurance, and other costs needed to keep our business alive during this unprecedented world pandemic. All the money we raise here will be used to keep us in business. Like many small businesses, we are struggling to survive. Mahalo for checking us out and taking the time to read this.
On March 17, 2020, we made the decision to follow recommendations from health officials and our mayor, and shut down our businesses in an effort to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Our clients are family and members of our community, whether they live near or far. There is no way to tattoo while social distancing, and we wish to be responsible members of our community. Athena is also currently unable to work her normal hands-on lessons with Such Good Dogs clients. As a result, we have earned zero income since closing our doors, and are required to remain closed until at least May 31st (as ordered by the Hawaii state governor).
Who Are We
We are a family owned and operated, husband and wife business. Adam has been an artist since 1996. Adam and Athena run the shop together. We have invested years of saved money and hard work to open our business, and we’re not ready to give up our beloved shop. Although our doors remain closed, rent and utility bills still need to be paid in full. Our family depends on this business for its livelihood. We are now nearing the end of our emergency fund and need your help.
What We Are Doing to Help
Anything and everything. We have applied for each and every small business loan, grant, and any other government assistance available. So far, we have yet to receive any help.
What You Can Do To Help Us
Anything. No donation is too small! This is a difficult time for the entire world. Nothing like this has ever happened before and we are all waiting and wondering what to do next. Every single dollar is helpful. Every single time you share this Go Fund Me link is helpful. We are grateful for your love and support.
From our family to yours, Mahalo nui loa kakou.
