Swim the Parish

On July 20th I will embark on my longest ever swim, 20km along the beautiful coastline of Tracton parish, a place that I am fortunate to live. Starting at the Cush in Oysterhaven and finishing at Fountainstown, passing the wonderful beaches of Nohoval Cove, Rocky Bay, Roberts Cove, Ringabella and Fountainstown. Whilst I cannot say for certain, I am pretty sure that this must be one of the longest coastline stretches of any parish in Ireland :)

I would like to raise funds for Tracton Community Council for local projects and Arthritis Ireland for Lupus research, all funds raised will go directly to help their good work.
