SWIMATHON for Orla - 10th March 2024

Orla Hogan has been swimming with Nenagh Masters swimming club for many years. She has represented the club with distinction and medalled for Ireland at the European transplant games.

During her time at Nenagh masters she has had some medical challenges which she has always met with dignity, a great attitude and no small amount of humour! She recently lost a leg but Orla hopes to be back swimming soon.

Obviously, losing a limb, does provide challenges and we decided to arrange a SWIMATHON for Orla on Sunday March 10th 2024 at Nenagh swimming pool, where swimmers from the club and other local clubs will swim a continuous relay throughout the day (9am to 5pm). A big thank you to all at Nenagh Leisure Centre for providing the lane in the pool for the day.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. All proceeds raised will go directly to Orla.
