Swimathon Fundraiser - Aer Lingus Swim Club

Annual Swim Club fundraiser. All funds raised go towards the Club

Aer Lingus Swim Club has been developing and supporting swimmers for over 50 years. The club is volunteer run, non-profit organization that operates year round to develop competitive swimmers. Though we are called Aer Lingus Swim Club we actually receive NO funding from the airline.

Continued support from parents, families, friends and local businesses is critical to help our club to continue to operate. Monthly fees alone don’t meet the monthly outgoings of the club, and therefore Sponsorships and Donations help us budget for shortfalls and other expenses throughout the year, including: • Educational development • Social events • Competition Subsidies •Travel subsidies • Software systems fees, etc.

Club swimmers are fundraising for the club by partaking in a Swimathon on Saturday November 18th, collectively aiming to swim at a minimum 300 KM in a 1- 2 hour window.
