Swinton Ladies 1000km Challenge

We are Swinton Ladies football club and this May in an attempt to keep the team moral going we have challenged ourselves to cover 1000km in 31 days! Whether through walking, running or cycling we plan on smashing this target and hope to raise some vital funds in the process.
We will update the page weekly with our stats and each player is using an app to track their km's and times. Evidence will be provided if needed :)
We will be donating 50% of any funds raised to a great local cause, who since the covid 19 lockdown have seen a staggering 400% increase in the number of calls to their helpline. The charity is run solely on volunteers and and aims to help and support anyone who has been affected by Domestic abuse or abuse within the family. With the other 50% we hope to be able to purchase an away kit so the ladies can get back into action next season in style.
