Travel expenses for dialysis.

I live in Lebanon, IN. I have stage 4 liver disease and Kidney Failure. I now have started dialysis three times weekly. The Lebanon Kidney Center (Liberty) has refused service to me. I will now have to start traveling 30-45 minutes away in Brownsburg. I have no transportation. I could use a medical service or drive when I get stronger. I'd like to either get funding for the service or buy a rather cheap reliable vehicle. This life or death. I can't be released from this subacute rehabilitation center until transportation is secured.
