Help me say goodbye

I am speaking to you today with the heaviest of hearts. My twin sister Tatjana has been suffering for over 12 years with COPD. It has made the simplest of tasks such as breathing and walking extremely difficult for her. About a year and a half ago she was blessed with a new set of lungs! We were extatic! She was living life to the best and fullest of her abilities. Unfortunately her body is rejecting these lungs now. She is not a viable recipient for another transplant and her time is coming to an end after a short 41 years.
Our family immigrated to Canada in 1978. My father has since passed and it is just my sister and my kids and I. As most of you know I am a single parent of 2 adorable children and cannot fathom the cost of a proper funeral nor the time off work to spend the last hours with my family during this difficult time.
I am asking you please to find it in your heart to donate. We are grateful and appreciative for any and all help including reposting and or sharing on fb.
