Sydney Dray With Beyond Sports

Sydney is from Dillingham, Alaska, and she recently finished out her senior year of volleyball with Haskell Indian Nations University. She was invited to play overseas with Beyond Sports when her final season ended. Beyond Sports is a foundation that allows student-athletes to enjoy a life-changing cross-cultural experience through sports.

Sydney has been invited to play volleyball in Italy on a 10-day tour this upcoming summer, which starts in July 2022. She will be visiting cities like Rome, Pisa, Florence, and Venice while playing against the top athletes of Italy. As her trip is coming up, we are trying to get everything set for her to go.

Playing volleyball overseas after college has been one of Sydney’s goals. This trip will hopefully achieve her goal as it will highlight her exposure to various volleyball sports scouts from all over the world.
