Help Sydney Achieve Her Olympic Goals

Hi! My name is Sydney, and I am a 14-year-old karate athlete. I started karate when I was six and earned my first-degree blackbelt when I was 12. I love karate because it has taught me the value of hard work and dedication and allowed me many unique opportunities. Over the years, karate has become an important part of who I am. I train 5-6 days a week and travel the country competing in tournaments. I am a 2x national gold medalist and 3x national silver medalist. Last year I was selected to represent the United States as part of the AAUs National Team at the WUKF World Championships! While I did not medal at Worlds, it was a fantastic experience and only served to push me even harder.
My ultimate goal is to go to the 2026 Youth Olympic Games and the 2028 Olympics. I am fortunate to be a part of a fantastic team with some of the best coaches in the world. This summer, I am traveling to Austria, Croatia and Luxembourg to train and compete with my team. Then we will return to the USA to compete in National Championships where I hope to earn a spot on the US Team and head to Mexico for Jr. Pan American Games.
Earning a world ranking to qualify for the Youth Olympic Games is not only tremendously hard work but also very expensive. My parents do all they can to support me but we hope that you will consider helping support my goals and dreams also.
Thank you,
Sydney
