NEED HELP PLEASE

every my name is Gina and I have a lot of medical problems right now I am fighting a lot of illnesses and I am asking for help me and my husband car broke down over this past weekend and we have to pay over 2000.00 dollars to fix it and I also have some medical bills that are coming in that we don't know how we are going to pay for them. me and my husband are both disable and are on social security and we are barley getting by and now we keep getting hit with all these extra expenses .
