Sylvia. Can't work due to health issues

Hi, her name is Sylvia and she always has been a hard working  responsible women but rigth now she is facing to many health issues that is preventing her from work like before and is very back up on bills and rent and facing eviction rigth now. Please help her.  She has Lympadima on both legs and venous reflux on both legs she also has,  torn meniscus on both knees and osteoarthritis and high grade cartilage loss of the medial weightbearing femoral and tibial cartilage as well as the lateral articular facet of the patella on her left knee she has a baker's cyst as well Sylvia hasn't been able to walk as before do to all this underlying situation . It hasn't been easy for her please help her in anyway posible we have baking sell as well trying to make money as well if any questions please let us know.
